You are solely responsible for evaluating whether use of the Services is appropriate for you, and nothing in the Services constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.
The Services depend on third parties, including Telegram (as the platform the Services run on), crypto payment processing providers, and, where applicable, card issuing partners. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or actions of these third parties that are outside our control.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VantaCard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including losses resulting from market volatility, third-party service failures, or errors in information you provide (such as an incorrect address).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
