We do not sell your personal information.

4. Blockchain Data

Crypto deposits and withdrawals involve public blockchain networks. Transaction data written to a blockchain (such as addresses, amounts, and transaction hashes) is public and outside our control — we cannot delete or alter it once confirmed on-chain.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it, subject to legal retention requirements.
